After placing my order, when will I receive my order?
My current turn around time is always listed in the Checkout Box before you place your order (unless a Pre-Order &/or specified otherwise). This does not include shipping time. However, if you are needing your item(s) sooner, I have an "Expedite My Order" option. Please note - if you order in stock items with a preorder all items will ship together once the preorder arrives.
Will I be given a tracking number?
Absolutely! As soon as you place your order you will receive an Order Number confirmation email sent to the email address you leave on file. As soon as your order ships you will be emailed the Tracking Number to the same email address on file. Once your order has been shipped I can only view as much as you via the same tracking link.
I have placed an order already but would like to add on to my order so that I will not be charged again for shipping. Is this possible?
Absolutely! Just place your Add On order and use the discount code ADDON at checkout as well as leave me a note that you are adding onto to a previous order. Please note, depending on the item this may increase the turnaround time. If you are needing your order by a particular date please make note of the date on your order form.
Do you offer mock ups?
Absolutely. I charge $5 per mock up. If you would like mock ups, simply leave me a Note on your order form with the font selections you would like to see and I will email you with the mock ups to choose from before I stitch!
How do you ship?
I ship First-Class USPS unless another form of shipping is selected.
How Should I Care for my Embroidered Items?
For the best protection, turn your garments inside out to protect the stitching. Follow the washing & drying instructions on the tag from the manufacturer.
How are pockets embroidered?
All pockets are sewn shut.
Do you embroider personal items?
I apologize, but at this time I do not accept personal items to be embroidered, only items sold within my shop.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the business I do not accept returns. I appreciate your understanding. If you have any product questions please email prior to ordering to customerservice@southernsorelle.com. I would be more than happy to answer any questions.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pick up is available in the North Padre Island, Texas area. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout so you won't be charged for shipping. I will email you once your order is ready to be picked up!
