How Should I Care for my Embroidered Items?

For the best protection, turn your garments inside out to protect the stitching. Follow the washing & drying instructions on the tag from the manufacturer. 

After placing my order, when will I receive my order?

My current turn around time is always listed in the Checkout Box before you place your order (unless a Pre-Order &/or specified otherwise). This does not include shipping time. However, if you are needing your item(s) sooner, I have an "Expedite My Order" option. Please note - if you order in stock items with a preorder all items will ship together once the preorder arrives.


How are pockets embroidered?

All pockets are sewn shut.


Do you embroider personal items?

I apologize, but at this time I do not accept personal items to be embroidered, only items sold within my shop.

I have placed an order already but would like to add on to my order so that I will not be charged again for shipping. Is this possible?

Absolutely! Just place your Add On order and use the discount code ADDON at checkout as well as leave me a note that you are adding onto to a previous order. Please note, depending on the item this may increase the turnaround time. If you are needing your order by a particular date please make note of the date on your order form.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of the monogram business I do not accept returns unless a mistake has been made on my part.
For non-personalized items, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return for store credit within seven days from the date received. Returned items must be unused, in its original condition, tags must be attached & sent via a trackable method. Shipping fees can not be refunded. To initiate a return, please email southernsorelleboutique@gmail.com to start the return process. Items will not be accepted without prior email notification. 
 

How do you ship?

I ship First-Class USPS unless another form of shipping is selected.


Will I be given a tracking number?

Absolutely! You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as you place your order so that you can track your package. Once your order has been shipped I can only view as much as you via the same tracking link.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pick up is available in the North Padre Island, Texas area. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout so you won't be charged for shipping. I will email you once your order is ready to be picked up!
