Do you accept returns?
Personalization Invoices
Personalization is an additional cost from your item. *All personalization invoices must be paid prior to shipment. If for some reason your personalization charge was not charged when you placed your original order I will email you with the invoice. Orders will remain on hold until the invoice is paid.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may take up to 3-5 business days to ship based on product availability & shipping days. Shipping days are typically Tuesday & Thursday each week. TRVL Design items may take longer based on product availability from the supplier. If you are needing a non-personalized TRVL item immediately please email customerservice@southernsorelle.com prior to ordering to ensure product is in stock.
Do you embroider personal items?
I apologize, but at this time I do not accept personal items to be embroidered, only items sold within my shop.
Do you offer mockups?
If requested. I charge $5 per mock up. If you would like mock ups, simply leave me a Note on your order form with the font selections you would like to see and I will email you with the mock ups to choose from before I stitch!
Two color font policy
If you would like a two color font on the noted two color fonts, simply leave me a note on your order form with both color options as well as which order for the colors (ie light blue thread as the inner color, darker blue as the outer color). If only one color is selected I will stitch the full font in all one color.
