Shipping policy

Donna placed her order on January 25,2026. I have on my website header that personalized orders are at a 5-6week turnaround for TRVL Design items. I also have a checkout box at the bottom of every order that customers have to physically check stating this policy in order to pay for their purchase. 
Donna emailed me on January 26, 2026 asking me to add on two additional items which I had to order from the vendor in order to fulfill her order.
